MUSICIANS

We welcome people to our volunteer team as musicians who are skilled in a given instrumental or vocal, have a heart to serve God, and are comfortable on a platform in front of people.  When on the team, you will rehearse Thursday evenings with your team and serve on Sunday mornings (occasional evening).  The Worship Arts team does their best to schedule you based on your availability. If you have any additional questions after filling out the form, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. HOSTS

We welcome people to our volunteer team as hosts who are skilled in public speaking, have an approachable personality, and are comfortable on a platform in front of people.  We view our hosts as a 'tour guide' through the service. When on the team, you will have responsibilities to prepare individually and be part of Sunday services for which you are scheduled.  The Worship Pastor will work to schedule you based on your availability.

We welcome people to our volunteer team as technical artists who are skilled in (or willing to learn) programs to run graphics, video production, or the sound board for weekend services in addition to having a servant's heart. When on the team you will rehearse Thursday evenings and serve on Sunday mornings (occasional evening). The Tech Arts team does their best to schedule you based on your availability. First Impressions

CONNECTION CENTER

Serve at the Connection Center welcoming guests and people asking for more information about StoneBridge. This is a great way to help people get connected in the church.

COFFEE BAR

Make and serve coffee to people during Sunday mornings or Sunday night. You provide people with a warm drink and smile as they go to service.

GREETERS

Greet people as they enter the building. A goal at StoneBridge is to greet everyone who walks in the building. You are one of the first impressions of the church!

USHERS

Ushers do various roles including handing out programs, helping people find their seats and serving offering and communion.

COMMUNION PREP

Prepare communion before the first service.  

PARKING ATTENDANT

Help people find parking spots and to be a clear presence in the parking lots. You are the first person guests interact with!

EVENT SUPPORT

Assist with various events at the church by setting up, tearing down or preparing food.

MEDICAL VOLUNTEER

Volunteers with medical backgrounds can serve as on call medical volunteers at Sunday services or events through the year.

STONEBRIDGE HOLLOW - KIDMIN

  • SUNDAYS


    NURSERY

     

    • Care for babies while parents worship! Lead little ones in a simple Bible story, complete fun activities, and show them Jesus' love through play!


    TODDLER

     

    • Lead toddlers in discovering how much Jesus loves them! Teach a short Bible story, sing songs, and play games to reinforce what they learned from their Bible story that day.

    SMALL GROUP LEADER

     

    • Lead a group of kids in small group activities that reinforce the Large Group Lesson. Kids are assigned to small group leaders and build relationships with peers in these groups. Small groups are for kids 3 years-5th grade, and are divided by age.
       

    LARGE GROUP LEADER

     

    • Lead a group of kids through a multi-media large group experience that includes a video Bible lesson, video worship songs, Key Passage and Big Idea! Large group happens in both PreK/K (3 years-Kindergarten) and Elementary (1st-5th grade) spaces.

     

    WEDNESDAYS


    PREK/K TEAM LEADER

     

    • Guide a group of PreK/K (3 years-Kindergarten) kids each Wednesday through rotations, and assist the Make it Stick and Serve leaders in teaching kids about serving like Jesus!

    •  

    MAKE IT STICK LEADER

     

    • Lead a group of PreK/K kids each Wednesday through activities that reinforce the night's Bible lesson!

    SERVE LEADER

     

    • Lead a group of PreK/K kids each Wednesday through service projects.

    •  

    ELEMENTARY TEAM LEADER

     

    • Lead a team of 1st-5th graders through a series of service projects over the course of 6-8 weeks on a Wednesday night.

     

    Wednesday & SUNDAY

     

    CHECK-IN ASSISTANT

    • Welcome new families to StoneBridge Hollow and check-in existing families on Sundays or Wednesdays.

     

    HALL FACILITATOR

    Help keep the hallways safe by monitoring halls during service, greeting new families and showing them to their rooms, and serving other volunteers.

Student Ministry

 

SUNDAYS

 
  • HSM House Group Leader

    Meets 6-7:30pm Sunday nights during the school year. Help lead a group of high school students in a Bible Study and have fun connecting with students playing games, eating food and hanging out.


  • MSM Small Group Leader

    Meets Sunday nights from 6-7pm in the Upstairs Lobby of the church. Help lead a group of middle school students through a Bible study and have fun connecting through games, snacks, hanging out and building relationships.

 

WEDNESDAYS


  • Wednesday Leaders

    Connect with middle and high school students and help lead breakout discussion groups.


  • Check-in

    Facilitate check in of students into programming.


  • Greeters/Hall Monitors

    Greet students warmly as they arrive and help maintain order in the hall and lobby.


  • Snack Bar

    Greet students as they arrive and help with distributing snacks to students.


Recreation

Help facilitate student games and activities before and after Elevate to provide a fun atmosphere for students to connect with others.

Care & Recovery


Prayer Team

Pray on behalf of others. Join an email list or phone call list to receive requests that come to the church.

 

Hospital Visitation Team

Compassionately reach out during a hospitalization, extended illness or hospice care by visiting and praying with those in need.

 

Support & Recovery Groups

We can provide training and coaching if you would like to step out and lead in an area where you have received healing.

 

Care Team

Serve at events like funerals by helping with food service, set up or clean-up.

Small Groups

 

Small Group Leader

 

As a Small Group Leader you would be recruiting and managing a StoneBridge Small Group of 8-12 people on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  This position comes with training ahead of time and coaching as you lead the group.


Small Group Host

 

As a Small Group Host you would be providing your home as a meeting space for a StoneBridge Small Group.


Event Check-in

 

As an Event Check-in volunteer you would be operating the check-in computer and generating nametags as people arrive at a Discipleship Event.

Serve At StoneBridge

At StoneBridge we believe that God calls us to serve other people, both inside and outside the church. By serving in the church, you help meet the needs of the people who walk through our doors looking for God. And by serving in the community, you help people understand that God loves them and cares about their needs, and that we do as well.
